How fast can you ship the order?

IF ON HAND, we usually ship confirmed (paid) orders within 48 hours, otherwise,  you will be notified.

How many days before we can receive our order?

We send via express delivery. UPON SHIPPING, please expect your order to arrive within 2 days (except SUNDAYS) for Luzon and Metro Manila ( JRS’s lead time), and within a week for Vizayas and Mindanao.

FOR PREORDER/MTO/CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED items, production time is posted in product details section.

**Kindly make sure that someone will receive it. Mu’s Accessories won’t be responsible for returned or failed deliveries. DELAYS associated with couriers are also beyond our control.

How to take care and maintain the items?

• Care Card will be issued for every purchase.
